Dasarang Hamweed Salt is so good

Rinse (wash with water) and dry. The dry cleaning salt is soaked in the fermented seaweed broth to mature. Dry the hamweed salt with the fermented hamweed broth. Dry hamweed salt is sorted, crushed and packaged.

Why is Dasarang Hamweed Salt Good?

Since the sea salt is washed with water, it is effective in removing constrictive substances and foreign substances such as saltwater components and impurities. The cleaned salt is soaked in the unsweetened fermented broth of hamweed and aged, and it contains 12% of the ingredients of the fermented seaweed. Manufactured with patented technology, it is hygienic and safe, rich in minerals and has a low bitter taste. In 2011, the 39th Geneva International Invention Competition, hosted by the Swiss government and the World Intellectual Property Organization, attracted more than 1,000 inventions from 60 countries. (Note) The hamweed salt invented by Dasarang (CEO Yang Dong-heum) won the Gold Award (Patent No. 10-1170495). By welcoming visitors, consulting with buyers, and interviewing local TV stations, we made Hamcho salt known to people around the world.

(Note) Dasarang has been immersed in the fermentation of salty hamweed and has been using raw hamweed, hay and powder for more than 20 years. We developed hamweed enzymes by blending the fermented hamweed with herbal medicines such as red ginseng, reishi, and mistletoe, as well as agricultural products such as garlic and pork potatoes. Hamweed enzymes (liquid) are used in the manufacture of hamweed salt, and when kneading such as hamweed pellets and granules, it is used instead of water to improve the quality of the product.
